Vande Bharat's Fare to be Higher than First AC

Kota: The wait for the Vande Bharat train is finally over, and the people of Kota are excited to travel in luxury. However, the fare of this train is going to be higher than that of the First AC of other trains.

According to railway sources, the fare of the Executive Class of Vande Bharat (20981/82) from Udaipur to Kota to Agra Cantt will be around ₹1755, which is higher than the fare of the First AC of other trains. The fare of the Chair Car class will be around ₹920, which is equivalent to the fare of the Second AC of other trains. Passengers will also have to pay extra for catering services.

The Vande Bharat train will have two classes: Executive and Chair Car. The fare of the Executive Class from Kota to Udaipur will be around ₹1475, and the fare of the Chair Car class will be around ₹760 per person. The railway's finance department is finalizing the station-wise fare of the train.

The booking of the train has not started yet, but it is expected to begin soon. The railway department is working on finalizing the fare and will announce it officially soon.

Time-Saving Journey

The Vande Bharat train will take only 4 hours and 5 minutes to reach Kota from Udaipur, and 4 hours and 40 minutes to reach Agra Cantt from Kota. On the return journey, the train will take 4 hours to reach Kota from Agra Cantt, and 4 hours and 45 minutes to reach Udaipur from Kota.
