Here's what Indian skipper Virat Kohli said about New Zealand mosque shooting

Indian skipper Virat Kohli condemned the shooting at two mosques in New Zealand’s Christchurch that took place this morning. Calling it "shocking and tragic", the Indian captain added that his thoughts were with the Bangladesh cricket team that narrowly escaped the shooting that cut short their New Zealand tour.

Kohli Tweeted, “Shocking and tragic. My heart goes out to the ones affected by this cowardly act at Christchurch. Thoughts with the Bangladesh team as well, stay safe.”

The Bangladeshi cricketers escaped the shooting as the gunman opened fire just minutes before they arrived. A Bangladesh cricket team spokesman said that none of the players were hurt.
