UP shocker: 18-year-old man beaten to death by group of miscreants

In a shocking incident coming in from Uttar Pradesh’s Gorokhpur district, an 18-year-old man, who worked as a milk distributor, was allegedly beaten to death by a group of miscreants on Tuesday. The incident took place in Nizampur in Tiwaripur police station area.

The victim, identified as Vikas Yadav, was returning home after distributing milk to customers when some miscreants surrounded him and attacked him with rods and sticks, leading to his death.

The victim's uncle Parmeshwar Yadav, who arrived at the scene, immediately informed the police and rushed Vikas to hospital where doctors declared him dead.

After this, Senior Superintendent of Police Dr Gaurav Grover and SP City Krishna Kumar Bishnoi reached the spot and took the dead body into custody and started an investigation into the matter.

Family members of the deceased victim have denied any kind of old enmity, said Bishnoi.

The victim was a class 9 student but had left studies a year back and used to distribute milk with his father, identified as Ishwar Yadav. He was returning from a customer's house when the incident took place.
