Weather Report: Delhi witness dip in temperature; several flights delayed
Delhi residents wake up to the chilly morning on Friday as the temperature continues to drop down affecting the air quality due to the lower wind speed in the national capital. IMD records the minimum temperature at 8.0-degree Celsius while the maximum temperature at 16.0-degree celsius today.
The dip in wind speed will make the air heavier (fog), leading to an increase in air pollution as per the experts. There will be dense fog in parts of Delhi-NCR.
Owing to the bad weather flights operation has also been affected at the Indira Gandhi International Airport. Several flights will get delayed throughout the day so passengers are requested to contact the airline concerned for updated flight information, as per Delhi airport official tweet.
