Delhi Bhartiya Janta Pratty chief, Manoj Tiwari on Thursday offered to donate Rs 1,11,100 to the Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party. However, he has one condition for it, Tiwari will donate the amount only if Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal approved the file on Delhi Metro’s Phase IV project, which has been held over funds issue.

"Arvind Kejriwal ji, do not punish people like this who have elected you. The Chief Minister says he will not give Phase IV Metro to Delhi which gave 67 out of 70 (Assembly) seats to him. Brother have your donation, I will give you Rs 1,11,100 from my income through singing if you clear the Phase IV Metro," Tiwari said in a tweet posted in Hindi.
Singer-turned-politician, Tiwari was referring to the donation campaign launched by the AAP and named "Aap Ka Daan, Rashtra Ka Nirman". Earlier, AAP chief launched a campaign, “AAP Ka Dhaan, Rashtra ka Nirmaan”, from Delhi’s Talkatora stadium, Kejriwal said his party AAP is 'kangaal'.
Kejriwal said, ”It is for the first time in history that a party is kangaal (bankrupt) and the government is cash-rich. That is because we run on your funds. We do not depend on money from corrupt millionaires.”
