TN Police Recruitment 2020: Over 10,000 vacancies released for constable post; 10th pass can apply

The Tamil Nadu Uniformed Service Recruitment Board (TNUSRB) has released a job notification for over 10,000 vacancies. Amid coronavirus, the TN Police department has invited a huge amount of applications for multiple posts.

Interested and eligible candidates can submit their application form at tnusrbonline.org.

However, the application window for TNUSRB Recruitment 2020 will open from September 26, 2020, while the last date for registration is October 26. TNUSRB will conduct the examination on December 23.

Under this recruitment drive, the vacancies will be filled for the posts of constables, jail warden, and firemen.

Eligibility Criteria Required for TNUSRB Recruitment 2020:
Educational Qualification:

Interested candidates should be 10th pass or hold an equivalent pass certificate from a recognized board with Tamil as a subject.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination, physical measurement (PMT), viva-voice, and special marks.

Age limit:

The maximum age limit required to apply for the vacancy is 26 years. While the reserved category candidates will get the age relaxation as per government norms.

Payscale:

Candidates who will qualify the exam will get the maximum salary of Rs 18,000 per month.
