RPSC Recruitment 2022: Few days left to apply for over 9700 vacancies; check exam pattern

RPSC Recruitment 2022: Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has opened its application window to fill the vacancies for the posts of 2nd Grade Teacher or Senior Teacher on its official website on April 11, 2022.

Candidates who want to apply for the vacancies can submit their application form released at rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in. The last date for online registration is May 10, 2022. Therefore, candidates are advised to complete their application process before the closing of the recruitment window.

Under this recruitment drive, RPSC will fill a total of 9760 Sr Teacher Vacancy. The vacancies are released for English, Hindi, Maths, Science, Social Studies, Sanskrit, Punjabi, and Urdu Teachers.

RPSC Sr Teacher 2022 Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on the entrance examination. The exam will be divided into 2 papers. The papers will consist of multiple-choice questions.

RPSC Sr Teacher Recruitment 2022: Exam Pattern

There will be 2 papers:

RPSC Sr Teacher Paper 1

· Total Number of Questions -100
· Total Marks - 200
· Time - 2 hours
· Subjects - Cultural and general knowledge of Rajasthan., Current Affairs of Rajasthan, Geographical, Historical, General knowledge of the world and India., and Educational Psychology.
· Negative Marking - 1/3 will be deducted for each wrong answer.

RPSC Sr Teacher Paper 2

· Total Number of Questions -150
· Total Marks - 300
· Time - 2 hours and 30 minutes
· Subjects – He or she should hold knowledge of secondary and senior secondary standards about the relevant subject matter, knowledge of graduation standards about the relevant subject matter, and Teaching methods of the relevant subject.
· Negative Marking - 1/3 will be deducted for each wrong answer.

RPSC Sr Teacher 2022 Educational Qualification

• For Science - Graduate or equivalent examination recognized by UGC with at least two of the following subjects Optional Subjects Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Micro-Biology, Bio-Technology and Bio-Chemistry and Degree or Diploma in Education recognized by the National Council of Teacher Education/Government.
• For Hindi, English, Maths, Sanskrit, Urdu, and Punjabi - Graduate or equivalent examination recognized by UGC with concerned subject as Optional Subject, and Degree or Diploma in Education recognized by the National Council of Teacher Education/Government.
• For S.St - Graduate or equivalent examination recognized by UGC with at least two of the following subjects as Optional Subjects:–History, Geography, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Public Administration and Philosophy, and Degree or Diploma in education recognized by the National Council of Teacher Education/Government.

Age Limit

· Minimum Age - 18 years
· Max - 40 years

RPSC Sr Teacher 2022 Application Fee

· For General and OBC/BC of Creamy Layer - Rs. 350/-
· For Non-Creamy OBC/ MBC and EWS: Rs. 250/-
· For SC/ ST - Rs. 150/-
