IB Recruitment 2022: Registrations begin for 150 vacancies; check last date to apply
IB Recruitment 2022: The Intelligence Bureau has released a job notification for the post of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer (IB ACIO).
As per the official notification, the department will fill a total of 150 vacancies for the post. Under this recruitment drive, IB is all set to hire 56 posts under Computer Science and Information Technology (CS-IT) discipline and 94 posts from Electronics and Telecommunication (ENTC) discipline.
The eligibility criteria specifications for the recruitment state that the candidates need to have a valid GATE 2020/2021/2022 scorecard from the above-mentioned disciplines. The candidates also must have completed their BTech/B.E or a master's degree in relevant subjects from a government recognised university.
IB Recruitment 2022: Age Limit
The minimum age limit required to apply for the post is 18 years while the maximum age limit is 27 years.
The recruitment is subject to the existing policies of reservation by the government.
Under the selection process, Candidates up to 10 times the number of vacancies will be shortlisted based on the GATE scores and would be called directly for an interview. The shortlisted candidates would be intimated through an e-mail.
Aspirants must note that the last date to submit the online application form for the IB ACIO Recruitment 2022 exam is May 7 2022.
