Rajasthan horror: 2 men rape minor girl multiple times, forced her to take contraceptive pills

In a horrifying incident reported from Rajasthan’s Bharatpur, a restaurant owner and his abetter were taken into police custody for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl for a month. The victim's mother alleged that the accused made the girl take contraceptive pills after raping her.

The accused also made a video of the crime and threatened the victim and sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions.

Police took the accused into their custody after a complaint was registered by the victim's father and charged them under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POSCO) Act.

The heinous incident surfaced from Mathura Gate area in Bharatpur and the victim's mother alleged that two men, identified as Mahavir Saini and Tridev Saini raped her daughter on multiple occasions.

In her police complaint, the mother of the victim, alleged that the accused recorded the obscene video and took turns to rape her minor daughter for almost a month. They also threatened her with serious ramifications and that they would kill me if she told about the incident to anyone, the complainant told police.

Furthermore, the victim’s mother said, "The two men also forcefully gave contraceptive pills to my daughter so that she doesn't get pregnant."

As maintained in the police complaint, the accused, with the help of two women, got in touch with the victim and called her to a restaurant. The owner of the restaurant, identified as Mahavir Saini, offered the minor girl a cold drink laced with sedatives and sexually assaulted her. The accused also recorded the entire incident and continued to blackmail her.

Following the police complaint, cops sent the minor victim for a medical examination and recorded her statement and on the basis of it, the police apprehended the accused. They were produced before a local court, police said.
