Inebriated woman blocks traffic on road; video goes viral

A video of a woman under the influence of alcohol has gone viral on social media.

In the viral footage, the young woman can be seen lying on the road and trying to block the traffic. The incident was reported in Pune’s Tilak road on Tuesday night.

According to Swargate police station officials, the incident took place around 11 pm at Hirabag Chowk, The Indian Express reported.

The video has been shared by a Twitter user named QueenBee with a caption, “Drunk woman enjoying her life in between the traffic on the road in Pune”

According to a police official, the woman came to Hirabag from the Khadak area. The video shows the woman lying down on the road for a few minutes. Police reached the spot after being informed about her. However, she was managed to flee from the spot.

Meanwhile, police have launched a search operation to nab her.
