Aurangabad: Dacoity suspect murders stranger to close his under trial case

A shocking news was reported from Aurangabad’s Beed where an under trial suspect brutally murder’s a youth to project himself as the victim and get the case against him closed. The incident came to light when the police grew suspicious of the suspect’s wife and started investigating her.

As per reports, the deceased face was brutally smashed so when the police took the body to his house the family members identified the body with his clothes and claimed it to be of Qureshi. However, what suspected the police was Qureshi’s wife, usually a spouse’s murder leaves a person in shock and grief but she didn’t show any such signs.

So police started investigating the woman’s background and during the investigation, police found out that an alcohol addict Aleem was missing from the same locality. Police then reached out to the missing youth’s family and gathered the details regarding his appearances and body structure and came to the conclusion that it could be Aleem and not Qureshi.

Then with the help of informers police discovered that Qureshi was hiding in Hyderabad. They immediately reached the location and nabbed him on Friday. During investigating he confessed the crime and said that he drew the inspiration from a TV serial and hatched a plan. He told that he smashed the deceased’s head beyond recognition, replaced his clothes with that of his own with identity cards after the murder on 17th March.

Not just this he also confessed to his 2016 crime that he along with his other accomplices had looted a petrol pump employee of Rs 3.20 lakh.
