AIR engineer alleges his son, daughter-in-law tried to kill him; shocking details in video

A 58-year-old engineer at All India Radio (AIR) released a video and made some shocking claims about his son and daughter-in-law. He alleged in the video that his son and his wife are attempting to kill him and also have forced him to leave his own house in Bareilly.

He even blamed his son behind the sudden death of his wife as he often used to beat her.

After the video went viral on social media, Bareilly police have booked the son and daughter-in-law.

AIR engineer also shared a video in which his son could purportedly be seen thrashing his mother.

The 58-year-old man identified as Mohan Singh Dayal works at AIR Rampur. In the video, the man alleged that his wife died on April 30 due to continuous harassment by his son, The Times of India report said.

Dayal also shared two other videos which showed his son and daughter-in-law thrashing his wife. He further told that despite his complaint was lodged at the Premnagar police station earlier this month, police didn’t take any action against the accused. He even shared a note allegedly left by his wife which claimed that her son and his wife and relatives would be responsible for her death as they had tried to kill her multiple times.

After the video went viral on social media, police assured Dayal of necessary action.

Meanwhile, police registered a case under IPC sections 307 (attempt to murder) along with 457 (house-trespass for committing a punishable offence), 380 (robbery), 447 (criminal trespass), 427 (committing mischief), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) and 504 (intentional insult).

Superintendent of police (city) Ravindra Kumar told TOI that Dayal’s daughter-in-law had filed a dowry case against him but she didn’t mention her husband named in the complaint.

Meanwhile, police are investigating the matter and trying to ensure that this is not a case to counter the previous complaint, Kumar told TOI.

He further said that we will ensure justice is served in the case as they are investigating the case from all possible angles.
