The four accused have been identified as Furkankhan Pathan, Sohailkhan Pathan, Maqboolkhan Pathan and Tabrezkhan Pathan. All of them aree locals of the area.
As per the police, all the accused are drug addicts. "On March 19, police had filed cases against the three accused after a complaint by Mohsin Sheikh. After the complaint, Tabrezkhan Pathan was arrested and detained under the Prevention of Anti-Social Activities Act (PASA)," said HV Sisara, Inspector, Vatva police station.
As maintained by the report the police have taken all the accused into custody and have sent them for coronavirus tests.
Police sources said that one of the accused Tabrezkhan was released from jail in April and since then was looking to take revenge from Mohsin Memon.
