SSC CGL Final Result 2017: Announced! 8120 candidates appointed out of 8121 vacancies; check more details
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the final result for Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination 2017 on November 15, 2019. The selected list of candidates is out at ssc.nic.in.
Candidates who were eagerly waiting for the final result can now visit the official website of SSC.
As per the official notification released by SSC for CGL 2017 exam, a total of 8120 candidates have been provisionally recommended for appointment against the total 8121 vacancies that were announced to be filled.
Out of the total, 4143 candidates have been recommended in the UR category while rest candidates are reserved categories, OBC, SC&ST.
Previously, SSC had released a short notification in this regard which mentioned that the commission will release the final result of CGLE 2017 in November 2019.
Notably, SSC had conducted the Tier I exam on 8 July 2018. While the document verification and skill test for 35,990 eligible candidates of CGLE 2017 from 16 June to 31 July 2019.
Commission has conducted the evaluation of the Skill Test (CPT and DEST) will take about 3-4 month and the final result for the same is expected to be released by end of November 2019.
Meanwhile, the Commission is engaged for its new recruitment process that is for its Annual Calendar 2019-20. Because of this SSC CGL 2017 final result has been delayed.
