Rajasthan Board Exam 2023: Last minute tips to get those extra marks

The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education, Ajmer is going to conduct the examination of Class 10 and Class 12 in March.

According to the official schedule, Class 10 examination will begin on March 16 and will conclude on April 11. Similarly, Class 12 exam will start from March 9 and will end on April 12, 2023.

As the exam dates approach, students are vigorously preparing and engaging in revisions. Despite being well-prepared, students often experience exam jitters.

Therefore, we have curated some last-minute expert tips that students can incorporate into their revisions to secure those extra marks.

Prepare a timetable

During the revision period, many students tend to focus solely on the challenging subjects like Mathematics, Physics, or Accounts, and ignore other subjects that could potentially boost their overall percentage. Therefore, it is important for students to not only focus on one subject but also get familiarized with the exam syllabus and prepare a comprehensive study plan accordingly.

Divide study hours according to subjects and create a study schedule. It is equally important to take breaks during your study sessions to prevent burnout

Solve Previous Years' Question Papers

Solving question papers of previous years will boost students’ confidence as well as their paper solving speed. They will also get to know the exam pattern and can mark important chapters from which questions are repeated every year.

Keep An Eye On Mental Health

Students start rigorous study with the releasing of the exam schedule. They decrease their sleep time to add those extra hours in their studies. This practice exhausts them and affects their mental health.

Therefore, students must focus on their mental health and add short breaks in their study schedule.

Stay Social Media Sober: Don’t touch your cell phone when you are at home on preparation leave. Don’t consult with your classmates it will only distract you. The best way to stay away from you cell phone is let your parents keep your phone during your study hours.

Organisation is the Key: We believe that you have done plenty of revisions and have solved numerous mock test papers by now. Now, set the test papers and important noted according to the exam schedule, so that last minute cursory revision becomes easy.

Good Night Sleep: Cramming is not an effective strategy, and staying up late into the night can increase feelings of anxiety. Instead, aim to get 9-10 hours of sleep each night, as this will likely leave you feeling better prepared and more refreshed for the exam. A good night's sleep can help to boost energy levels and improve overall well-being.
