The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will start the Board Exams 2023 on February 15, 2023. The hall tickets have already been issued for Class 10th and 12th board exams. As the board exams are around the corner, students are busy in study and revisions.

With exam approaching, students may feel nervous. To ease their worries, we have compiled tips and tricks by experts to boost their study routine and earn extra marks. Students can apply these tips with their study routine to get some extra marks.

The CBSE Board exam is finally taking place after a three-year delay due to the pandemic. Now, experts believe that there is going to be no more leeway, no more benefit of the doubt and one can sense the same seriousness and jitters that have been associated with Board exams since time immemorial.

Revise and Rewire:  Develop a balanced schedule that allocates equal time and attention to each subject. Regularly revise each subject in a rotating manner to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. To maintain focus and motivation, consider alternating between subjects that are more engaging and those that are less so.

Refresh and Relax: Take time to enjoy outdoor activities, steer clear of unhealthy junk food, consume a substantial amount of fruits and vegetables, engage in physical exercise, and prioritize getting quality sleep. A sound mind and body can help reduce stress levels.

Stay Social Media Sober: Don’t touch your cell phone when you are at home on preparation leave. Don’t consult with your classmates it will only distract you. The best way to stay away from you cell phone is let your parents keep your phone during your study hours.

Organisation is the Key: We believe that you have done plenty of revisions and have solved numerous mock test papers by now. Now, set the test papers and important noted according to the exam schedule, so that last minute cursory revision becomes easy.

Good Night Sleep: Cramming is not an effective strategy, and staying up late into the night can increase feelings of anxiety. Instead, aim to get 9-10 hours of sleep each night, as this will likely leave you feeling better prepared and more refreshed for the exam. A good night's sleep can help to boost energy levels and improve overall well-being.
