Nuzhat Parveen: Meet next MS Dhoni of Indian cricket team
Nuzhat Parveen of Singrauli district of Madhya Pradesh is selected as a wicket-keeper batsman in Womens Cricket's T20 team. Nuzhat will play T20 matches starting from February 13 in South Africa. Earlier Indian women have also been selected in Cricket World Cup team. From her selection, there is an enthusiasm in Madhya Pradesh, including Singrauli. The special thing is that Nuzhat alias Khushboo was not interested in cricket first, she was a football player and captained under-16 football team.
Indian wicketkeeper batsman MS Dhoni is her idol player and she also got motivated with his wicket keeping skills. Nuzhat, after Ishwar Pandey, female cricketer is the second big cricketer of the Rewa Division, who has been selected for the national team.
Six years ago, Nuzhat was the captain of Madhya Pradesh for under-16 football team. Like Dhoni, Nuzhat, who lives in a small town, has left football and hold a bat and wicket keeping gloves in her hand, and in cricket she is writing her new story of success.
At the age of 4, she decided to make a career in cricket. She also discussed it with her brother and father, the family remained silent but after some time she convinced her family. Nuzhat is the first Indian player to reach the national team within 5 years.
Nuzhat was the vice-captain of Central Zone under-19 women's cricket team. She took coaching under Aril Anthony of Rewa Divisional Cricket Association. In the year 2011-12, as a wicket-keeper, she started her career in inter-district cricket competition and represented the Singrauli team. On the good show, Parveen made a special place in Madhya Pradesh Under-19 Women's Cricket Team. After this, in the year 2012-13, on the basis of performance, she was selected as vice-captain in the Central Zone under-19 women's cricket team.
