Thugs of Hindostan star Aamir Khan leaves 100 crore 'Salute' for 1000 crore 'Mahabharata'
These days Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan is busy in the shooting of his upcoming movie Thugs of Hindostan and this film is going to release on Diwali 2018. But in the midst of all this, there are reports coming that Aamir is going to announce his next film after Thugs of Hindostan and it will not be Salute.
According to the current reports, Aamir Khan has planned his next 10 years for his new project and he will be totally busy for the next 10 years. Aamir Khan is fully assured that now he will be making a series of films on India's biggest mythology Mahabharata and the reports further state that the film will be released in five parts.
Some close sources related to Aamir Khan told that Mahabharata is Aamir Khan's dream project so that is why he doesn't want any disturbance in the making of this film series.
Maybe that is the reason why the actor has denied doing Siddharth Roy Kapur's next 'Salute' which is a biopic on Rakesh Sharma. After the Bollywood movie Dangal, the team was supposed to make a biopic on Rakesh Sharma and they even planned to cast Aamir and Priyanka Chopra for leading roles but now both the stars have left the film.

It was earlier being reported that Dangal fame Fatima Sana Shaikh will also be a part of this project and she even shared Instagram post while reading the Mahabharata. On the other hand, Aamir is still confused between choosing the leading role between two characters Karna and Krishna. Well, the further announcement will happen soon under Aamir Khan Productions.
