Now the hard work of the whole team of Padmaavat will become successful as after lots of controversies the film is finally ready to get release in the country. Finally, the film that started 2 years back is all set to release on 25th January 2018 and with this, the long wait of the audience is also going to end soon.
The cinema lovers were eagerly waiting for this film and on the other hand, communal groups like Rajput Karni Sena was protesting against the film. They protested against the film that resulted in the release of the film getting postponed. Even during the shooting of this film, some group members attacked the sets and they even beat up the director of the film Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
The leading actors in the film are Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, and Shahid Kapoor and they have always come out in the support. They all have given their statements on the whole issue but the filmmaker had kept himself mum in the whole controversy.
Well now the film has only one week left to release and so the filmmaker has now come out and given his take on the whole controversy.
According to Filmibeat, Sanjay Leela Bhansali said, "Padmaavat is like dream come true for me, I always want to show the honoured and bravery stories of the Rajput warriors to the audience. Our literature also has shown them beautifully and even in films we have shown their bravery."
Adding to the portal, Bhansali also thanked the whole Bollywood industry for coming in support of him. He said, "I want to thank the whole industry that they supported me and we always saw standing together."
Well, this is to notice that the controversial film is already banned in some states like Gujarat, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana and others.
