Panga actress Kangana Ranaut lashes out at Tanhaji actor Saif Ali Khan for his remark on ‘Indian history’
Kangana Ranaut who is soon going to hit the theatres with her upcoming film Panga has recently lashed out at Tanhaji actor Saif Ali Khan for his remark on ‘India’. The actress who is known for being straight forward and taking down celebs. In an interview with Zee, the actress was asked about his comment.
The actress disagreed with the Jawaani Jaaneman actor and even questioned him for the same. The actress said that it's not true and if there was no Bharat then what was Mahabharat? 5000-year-old text was written, what was it? What did Ved Vyas write? She further added, “Some people have just created these narratives that suit them. Sri Krishna was in Mahabharat. So there was a Bharat, that’s why it was mahaan (great). All the kings of India came together to fight that war. So it’s natural.”
Rangoli posted this video on her Twitter handle and captioned it as, “Kangana asking Saif Ali Khan a very important question … over to you Saif … 🙏.”
On the work front, Kangana’s film Panga will hit the theatres on 24th January i.e this Friday. The film is helmed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari also starring Richa Chadha, Jassie Gill and Neena Gupta. Whereas, Saif will hit the screens with his film Jawaani Jaaneman on 7th February this year.
