Nursery teacher gets fired for writing message on student’s stomach; know the bizarre reason

Teachers communicate with students’ parents through various formal and informal ways. It can be through written messages, phone call or through parent's teacher’s meeting. Sometimes teachers complain to parents some serious things about their wards.

Even teachers find some creative ways to interact with parents. But, some teachers took some serious steps to give some lessons not only to the student but their parents too. One such case has come to light from the US where a teacher finds a very hilarious way to communicate toddler’s parents.

The way she decided to communicate her message to parents ended up losing her job.

The teacher wrote a message on the stomach of the child so that his mother could read the message.

The incident came to light when the child’s mother shared a post on Facebook which revealed that teachers at the school leave daily reports on children’s lunchboxes. But, she left shocked after seeing the message on her son’s belly which reads, “Mom I'm out of diapers pls read by the report.”

Her post immediately went viral on social media and garnered over 30K shares of the networking site.

The mother of toddler wrote, “I've scrubbed it with several baby wipes and it's not coming off. I had plans to take them to the beach to play, and now I can't because my son has written all over him. In the very worst-case scenario, I can't see anything other than 'need diapers' needing to be written. Why a big long message needed to be written across my son's stomach is beyond me.”

The director of the school responded to the incident and said in a statement the teacher has been fired.

"The school has taken immediate action to remove the teacher from the school. We are reviewing protocols already in place to ensure that nothing like this occurs again," director Cindy Carter DeCosta was quoted by Fort Myers News-Press.

Later, the school administration apologized to the mother for the teacher’s behavior against her child.
