Bride cancels her wedding because of her mother; read full story

In a shocking reason, a bride called off her wedding after she found that her mother tipped off her fiance to go out with her.

The story came to light when an anonymous woman shared how her boyfriend proposed to her just after two months of dating.

"It was all so fast and I was head over heels, so when he proposed with a massive diamond, I just went for it and said yes. I had nothing to lose," she said while sharing the awful deceit on BuzzFeed.

She revealed that her fiancé insisted her get married as soon as possible as both of them were in love. Even her mother was super excited after hearing the news of the wedding. However, she found all of these things suspicious when she started splashing the cash.

The woman further told that her mother also bought the most gorgeous and most expensive dress for her. “I always asked him why his parents wouldn’t pay, but my parents would butt in and say they insisted, and he claimed his family was poor.”

She was also surprised about the diamond engagement ring that her boyfriend proposed to her with.

The woman started investigating and went to the ring store where the ring was purchased from to find the reality.

After knowing the truth, her life got completely changed.

"I got my hands on the store he bought the ring from through some careful snooping and went into the store where he bought it to see if it was real (it was!!!)" she wrote.

She further added, “The man at the store said it was one-of-a-kind and he remembered it being bought. Apparently, my fiancé didn't buy it, my mother did!”

Her mother bought the engagement ring a month before her boyfriend started dating her.

She finally understood that it was her mother who set all of this.

The woman revealed that her mother met the man through a friend and paid him to go out on the first date with her daughter. The woman also mentioned that her mother paid all the bills of their date.

“She paid for all of our dates and, of course, my wedding because she was so desperate for me to get married and he was just in it for the money," the woman said.

The woman believed that her mother did all this because she recently came to know that she is bisexual.

"I had come out as bisexual about a year before all of this. I wonder if it was because she was so desperate to see me with a man and not a woman," she said.

She ended by saying that she is now dating a woman and she is not talking with her mother anymore.
