The local court of Bhopal has summoned the Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerburg on 20 June. Civil Judge Parth Shankar Mishra of Bhopal district court has given this order on a petition by the founder of ‘The trade book’ Swapnil Rai. He has made an allegation that social networking platform is interfering the work of his startup and creating hurdles. The Judge stated in his order that “ Mark Zuckerburg should make himself present in the court on 20 June 2108, for answer and discussion.
The lawyer of Swapnil Rai informed that his client runs a startup with domain www.Thetradebook.org and he has filed a case on social networking platform Facebook. According to his allegations, Facebook stopped his paid advertisement in between of the campaign. On hearing of this case, the court has released a summon to Facebook founder. He said further “ this campaign was aspected to run from 14 April to 21 April but in an absurd manner, Facebook stopped this campaign on 16 April.
The aim of this campaign was to promote the www.thetradebook.org, he said his client is working on a unique concept with this startup. He said when work of his client was spreading around the world just then facebook has stopped the campaign.
Swapnil rai said in his statement “ I respect Mark Zuckerburg, he has done a appreciating work by connecting people, but I do not have any other option that my complaint should be heard”
