Residents of Madhya Pradesh’s Bhopal celebrated the fifth day of the festival of colors, Rang Panchami with great pomp and enthusiasm. The streets of the capital city were filled with people dancing and smearing each other with colour.
Every year, the district administration arrange water tanks that rotate at major areas of the city throwing coloured water at people.

Rang Panchami is celebrated five days after the Holika Dahan. This year it is celebrated on March 12.
Notably, Panchami marks the conclusion of the Holi festival.
Holi festival signifies the victory of good over evil.
