A frozen lakh half marathon was organised on the famous Pangong Tso lake in Ladakh for the first time on February 21. Several people participated in the half-marathon, enjoying the scenic beauty.

The half-marathon was organised by Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Leh, in collaboration with the Adventure Sports Foundation of Ladakh and the Tourism Department.
The four hour event started from Lukung and ended in the Maan village. More than 70 runners from across the globe participated in the 21.9km half-marathon.
