Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer Susanta Nanda, who is quite active on social media platforms and often treats his followers with informative and wild animal videos, has shared another clip which has gone viral on Twitter.
In the video a full-grown rhino can be seen running on a busy street in broad daylight. The one-horned creature suddenly stops running after seeing an auto-rickshaw standing beside the road. It then resumes running after checking out the vehicle. The auto- rickshaw looked like a toy in front of the wild creature.

A full grown Rhinoceros in a hurry & desperate for a lift to reach the home 😟 pic.twitter.com/lwazh4KhKg
The rickshaw was filed with driver and passengers when the rhino stopped to check it out. The driver and the passengers immediately vacated the vehicle as soon as they saw the wild animal approaching it.
IFS Nanda shared the clip with caption, “Another day.. A full grown Rhinoceros in a hurry & desperate for a lift to reach the home.” In his tweet, Nanda also expressed concerns for the animal as it mistakenly barged into public space, possibly in search of food. However, he doesn’t disclose the location of the clip.
Since being shared, the clip has accumulated more than 42,000 views and over 1,000 likes. The clip has also prompted some users to express their views in the comment section.

Some users showed worry about humans encroaching on wild animals’ land in the name of development, while some made jokes about the auto-rickshaw driver for refusing to give a ride to the rhino who just wanted a lift.
