Our planet is home to an incredible variety of creatures, and just when we think we know it all, Mother Nature manages to surprise us. Recently, a clip of a diving lizard has been making rounds on the internet, leaving viewers in awe.
The 14-second-clip showcases an anole lizard that is breathing underwater by trapping air in a bubble on its snout.
It is fascinating to note that the reptile can stay submerged for nearly 15-20 minutes by re-breathing the exhaled air in the bubble. This incredible ability is utilized by these reptiles to hunt underwater or to hide from larger predators.

The metallic body of the lizard, coupled with its remarkable underwater breathing technique, has left people amazed. Many have even compared the reptile to the 'T-1001 liquid metal terminator' from the popular 'Terminator' movie.
