Snake Venom at Rave Party: YouTuber Elvish Yadav denies charge

Noida: YouTuber Elvish Yadav is denying his alleged involvement in the supply of snake venom at a recent rave party.

FIR Against YouTuber and Others


An FIR was filed against six people, including YouTuber Elvish Yadav, for their suspected involvement in the supply of snake venom. Elvish Yadav, addressing these allegations in a video posted on Instagram, vehemently denies any wrongdoing.

Joint Raid Uncovers Alleged Snake Venom Supply Gang

The Uttar Pradesh forest department and Noida police recently conducted a joint raid at Sector 51 Saffron Villa in Noida, which led to the discovery of the snake venom supply gang.

Details of the FIR 

The FIR registered at Noida Sector 49 Police Station names six individuals, including YouTuber and Bigg Boss winner Elvish Yadav. It accuses them of making snake venom available at rave parties and collecting substantial sums of money for their services. Notably, the raid also resulted in the rescue of nine snakes.

Accusations by People For Animals

According to the FIR, based on a complaint filed by People For Animals, Elvish Yadav is alleged to have provided snake venom and live snakes in Noida. He and his gang supposedly created videos with other YouTubers at an NCR farmhouse, organized shoots, and hosted illegal rave parties. These parties are said to have regularly included foreign guests who consumed snake venom and intoxicants. An individual named Rahul is mentioned in the complaint as an accomplice who acted as an agent on Elvish's behalf.

The Accused's Poison Supply Operation

The complainant states, "One of our informants contacted Elvish Yadav and asked him to organize the rave party and obtain Cobra Venom. Elvish directed the informant to a person named Rahul, who claimed he could procure the venom as requested." The subsequent arrest took place at Sector 51 Banquet Hall, with the Noida police and the District Forest Officer (DFO) apprehending the organizers.

Charges and Recovery of Poison

According to the police, the accused individuals used to charge substantial fees for supplying poison at these parties. Law enforcement also recovered 20 to 25 ml of intoxicating poison from the accused.
