The word is hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia. You will read it twice or thrice to pronounce it before searching its meaning.

Shashi Tharoor wrote this unconventional word after Saloni Gaur aka Nazma Api released a video, which has gone viral now. In the video, Saloni can be seen imitating Tharoor while talking about Sushmita Sen’s new web series, Aarya.

She also talked about similarities between Congress leader and the character played by actor Chandrachur Singh.
The video also sought the attention of film director Hansal Mehta and retweeted it, tagging Shashi Tharoor.

After seeing this, Tharoor reacted and used the word, hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia.
Shashi Tharoor also wrote, “Flattered by the comedic imitation. However, I would like to believe that I am not such a garrulous sesquipedalian... Clearly the artiste on the screen does not suffer from hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia! (sic)"
