For Tiger Woods's daughter, her father is 'Messi of Golf'

Ace golfer Tiger Woods' 10-year-old daughter believes her daddy is no less than Argentine star footballer Lionel Messi and considers him as the 'Messi of Golf'.

Woods is set for a comeback at the Hero World Challenge after sustaining a nine-month-long injury lay-off which has kept him out of action since he pulled out of the Dubai Desert Classic in February. Ahead of the return, the 14-times major champion has said that his children idolised Messi and considered Woods of Messi's stature in Golf.

"I said 'isn't it neat to be a living legend?' and she said, 'yes, we live with one!'" Goal.com quoted Woods, as saying. Woods actually seemed surprised after hearing that as he never thought his children knew what he did with golf.

"They've never really seen me in action. Most of the stuff they've watched has been on highlight packages. They've never seen what I can do," he said. Woods, 41, will make a competitive comeback on Thursday to replicate the glories of his past.
