Heartless Delhi!: Man steals belongings of accident victim

A shocking incident that throws light on the callous attitude of the people has come to light in the national capital where a man, who met with an accident, alleged that a man stole his belongings when he was lying on the road.

The man met with an accident in Delhi on 15 August.

He said that instead of helping him the person stole his belongings.
