In the view of New Education Policy 2019, the Central Board will be going to add new skill courses for class 11 from 2020-21 academic session, officials said on Tuesday.
According to the official notification, “To make the new generation more creative, innovative and physically fit, and to keep pace with the global developments and requirements at workplace, CBSE is introducing three new subjects namely ‘Design-thinking’, ‘Physical Activity Trainer’ and ‘Artificial Intelligence’ at Class XI from the Session 2020-2021.”
“While Thinking is a skill that all humans possess, the 21stcentury requirement is of Critical Thinking and Problem Solving. Design Thinking is a systematic process of thinking that opens up the horizons of creativity and enables even the most conditioned thinkers to bring about new and innovative solutions to the problem/s at hand. Artificial Intelligence is also a simulation by machines of the unlimited thinking capacity of humans. Physical Activity is a must if the body and mind are to be kept healthy,” the official notification reads.
By keeping all these points in mind, the course of Physical Activity Trainer has been prepared for students. These new course will not only help in developing the skills but will also imbibe the idea of make understand students to keep themselves fit for life.
How Physical Activity will benefit students:
Physical Trainer course will help students in learning a life skills besides developing skills of a trainer.
Also, artificial intelligent is also a simulation by machines of the unlimited thinking capacity of humans. While Physical activity is helpful to keep both body and mind healthy.
Moreover, due to coronavirus outbreak in the country, all examinations have been postponed by government of India.
