Indian skipper Virat Kohli is set join the sports ideal in the wax museum when his statue is unveiled on Wednesday at Madame Tussauds in New Delhi.
Kohli's wax statue will join other sporting legends including Sachin Tendulkar, Kapil Dev and Lionel Messi.

As India’s cricket captain gets a figure of his own in the city that he calls home, visitors will get a chance to pose, click selfies and share a moment with quite easily the best batsman in the world at the moment.
According to the Imdian Express report- “It’s a great honour to be chosen as one of the figures at Madame Tussauds. All thanks to the Madame Tussauds team who were extremely patient during the sitting sessions and for giving me a lifetime memory,” said Kohli in a statement.
With his heroic performances, Kohli has been awarded with Arjuna Award, ICC World Cricketer of the year in 2017, BCCI international cricketer of the year 2011-12, 2014-15, 2015-16. He was also awarded with the Padma Shree last year.
