As per the tweet caption shared by William, the woman leading the session is the local fitness instructor named Janet Woodcock.
“A local fitness instructor Janet Woodcock leads the sessions. Distance dancing only lasts 10 minutes a day so it causes minimal disturbance. Mostly our road is kids and elderly residents who are self-isolating, so they look forward to it,” tweeted Williams.

Love it & well done, especially the part about the street not knowing one another previously. A bit of sunshine amidst the gloom & a positive legacy from covid19❤
