A Spirit Airlines’ woman passenger was removed from the flight after she breaks the rules of the airlines. She allegedly lights up a cigarette and started smoking into the cabin.
The incident took place on a flight from Detroit to Fort Lauderdale. The whole incident was recorded by a fellow passenger and posted video on social media.
A passenger named Alexa Majdalawi (31) was sitting behind the woman on Spirit Airlines and revealed what happened on the flight from Detroit to Fort Lauderdale.
"She literally took out a cigarette and just started smoking," Majdalawi, who suffers from asthma, told Fox News.
"I said, ‘Is this real life?’ She's smoking it in my face. She's turning around to blow it," Majdalawi said.

She further said that when she informed the flight crew about the woman who told her to change her seat if she wished.
Majdalawi started recording the incident when the police arrived after changing her seat.
In the video, two cops can be seen in the plane and trying to wake up the woman, who lit up the cigarette inside the plane. The officer also asks the woman if she had a bag and also searching in the overhead compartment.
However, the woman left the seat along with the officers off the flight. Reportedly, she was not arrested for her act.
According to Spirit Airlines spokesperson, in a statement said, “Flight Attendants noticed the odor and the other Guests were quick to point out who was responsible and hand over what remained of the extinguished cigarette. Our crew summoned law enforcement officers to have them waiting at the gate to remove the passenger."
As per Broward County Sheriff’s Office said that the officer removed the woman from the aircraft after the airline employees complained about it. However, no arrest was made.
