Bhopal: A dramatic operation was carried out on Friday to retrieve a tractor that had fallen into a well in Chicholi village, Raisen district.
The incident occurred on Wednesday when the tractor, driven by Rajendra Adiwasi, lost control while harvesting paddy in a field owned by Gudga Patel.
Fortunately, the driver managed to jump out and save his life. The well was filled to the brim with water, making it a challenging task to extract the tractor.
The operation began on Friday with a motor pump used to drain the water from the well. Later, two JCB machines and local villagers joined forces to lift the tractor out.
The operation was successful, and the tractor was retrieved from the well. This incident highlights the risks involved in agricultural activities and underscores the importance of taking necessary safety precautions.
