Snakes come in a wide range of sizes, from the tiny thread snake, which can be as small as 10 cm (4 inches), to the massive reticulated python, which can grow over 6 metres (20 feet) long.
The anaconda, another giant, is known for its girth and weight, often reaching lengths of 5-6 metres (16-20 feet) but can weigh up to 250 kg (550 lbs).
