Perfect Rescue: King Cobra Safely Extracted from Agumbe Ghat Residential Area in Karnataka
In a remarkable rescue operation, wildlife experts successfully saved a King Cobra from a residential area within the lush Agumbe Ghat in Karnataka’s Western Ghats. This region, known for its vibrant flora and fauna, posed a significant challenge due to its dense vegetation and proximity to human habitation.
The King Cobra, one of the world's most venomous snakes, had ventured too close to homes, necessitating a careful rescue.

The rescuers used snake hooks to gently guide the cobra into a secure container, ensuring the safety of both the snake and themselves.
The meticulous operation was captured on video and shared on social media by Indian Forest Service officer Susanta Nanda.
The footage received widespread acclaim, with viewers praising the team's expertise and respectful approach.
