Its massive size and striking appearance have both amazed and shocked viewers, sparking comparisons to the legendary anaconda.

Snakes vary greatly in size, from the tiny thread snake, which can be as short as 10 cm (4 inches), to the enormous reticulated python, growing over 6 metres (20 feet) long.
The anaconda, another giant, is known for its bulk and weight, often reaching lengths of 5-6 metres (16-20 feet) and weighing up to 250 kg (550 lbs).
