A man from Puducherry is also raising awareness among people about the importance of health and fitness in an amusing way.
A video of a scuba diver named Aravind has surfaced on the Internet. In the clip, he can be seen wearing protective eye gear and performing heavy work out under the water. His video of exercise has been widely shared on social media.

To perform the exercise, Aravind dived 14 meters underwater. According to India Today reports, he has been conducting diving campaigns on the coast of Chennai and Puducherry for the past 20 years.

Meanwhile, the video has garnered hundreds of views and received applauds for the way the man did exercises on the sea bed.
