People who are not having official documents of their respective vehicles and are in fear from the hefty challan that can be charged for traffic rule violation due to the implementation of the revised Motor Vehicle Act from September 1, 2019. This time traffic police is quite strict against those who are violating traffic rules and also failed to show the original documents of their respective vehicles. But, Indians can't remain silent over any restrictions and they can easily find any jugaad or tricks to keep any difficult situation under their control.
An old such video has gone viral on social media platform which shows the innovative way to avoid the traffic challans. Interestingly, the video was shared by an Indian Police Service (IPS) officer Pankaj Nain on his official Twitter handle with a caption, “This is hilarious. Innovative ways to avoid traffic challans...Pls follow traffic rules to avoid such situations...
Driving without a helmet is illegal but walking isn't.”
In the video, men without a helmet found a hilarious way to save themselves from the heavy challan that traffic police could charge them.
