Doctors and health workers are doing all possible steps to treat COVID patients without thinking about their lives. They all have been working day and night for the sake of saving lives amid the second wave of coronavirus. Amidst many other challenges, doctors and nurses are also trying to boost up the patients not just by giving medicines but also by bringing positivity and by cheering them up during their battle against the deadly virus.
Several videos and pictures have been surfaced on the Internet which showed how doctors and nurses are dancing and singing to entertain the patients and make them feel happy during this grim situation. One similar video has also gone viral on social media which shows a team of doctors and final year medical students are also bringing hope among patients by singing and performing dance at a hospital in Gujarat’s Surat.
The video was shared on Instagram by a user named Anu Lapsiwala who is a medical student and also a trained Bharatnatyam dancer.
She posted the series of videos on her social media account with a caption, “HAUSLA. To all these beautiful smiles! I bet the effort has been worth it all…Happier and proud of all the Doctors, Nurses, and Masi….who have been working 24*7 to make everyone out there healthier….! These days spent made me realise to never lose hope…Hope is all you need. STRONGER TOGETHER!!”

In the videos, doctors and staff were singing and dancing to the songs of the music maestro Kishore Kumar. The first video shows patients listening and clapping on Hanuman Chalisa. While in the second video, nurses in PPE kit can be seen singing a song, “sabse pyara kaun hau”.
Another video shows nurses singing, “Meri Saamne Waali Khidki Main” for COVID patients. While the last video shows a nurse wearing PPE kit dancing to “Ek ladki bheegi bhaagi si” song sung by Kishore Kumar.
