An NHS surgeon named Dr. Karan Rajan revealed an amazing method with his 4.7 million followers on TikTok, which has amused netizens.
Dr Rajan, who is a surgeon and lecturer at the University of Sunderland, shared a method that can heal your stress within seconds.
In a short clip, he explains that by relaxing your eyes and looking at a large area like the sky, a person can feel de-stress.
He further said that while working on computers or spending time on social media, we lose our focal vision.

Dr Rajan said that when we focus on something our vision narrows and it activates the nervous system which causes stress.
Therefore, by switching our focal vision to panoramic vision and engaging our peripheral vision, stress can be reduced.
He gave an example of looking up at the sky can reduce astress.
