Amid the coronavirus outbreak, we have seen various kinds of stylish face masks that have grabbed many eyeballs. But, this face mask wore by a man while travelling in a bus will haunt you!
The video of the man wearing a bizarre mask is doing the rounds on the Internet.
In the viral clip, a man was using a snake as a face mask while travelling on a bus from Swinton to Manchester on Monday.
Passengers in the bus were left petrified after the man removed the snake around his neck and then allowed it to wrap itself around the handrails.
One of the witnesses, who wished to remain anonymous, told Manchester Evening News that the sight was definitely entertaining. The man wrapped the snake around his face which looks like a mask. Initially, the witness thought that it was a funky mask but soon he came to know that it was a snake.
A spokesperson for Stagecoach in Manchester said that “the safety of our customers and employees is our absolute priority. We are shocked at these reports and are taking them very seriously.”
He further said that all customers must comply with the government’s rules on wearing a suitable face covering while travelling on public transport.
"We expect all of our customers to comply with the government's rules on wearing a suitable face covering on public transport. A full internal investigation is underway, which includes checking the CCTV on the bus and interviewing the driver,” a spokesperson said.
However, people can also wear homemade face masks to protect themselves from the pandemic.
On the other hand, medical experts didn’t suggest anyone wear snake as face masks.
In a bid to curb the spread of coronavirus, people stepping outside the house are advised to wear face masks.
In Indonesia, people who have been caught without wearing face masks in public places will have to dig graves for those who died of COVID-19, media reports claimed.
