Vijay Mallya, business tycoon and liquor baron is currently on run and was spotted at the Oval cricket ground in London on Friday. Mallya is fond of cricket and was attending the first day of the last Test match between India and England.

Well, when he was leaving the stadium, he was asked by a journalist that when he will return to India. To this question, Mallya gave a smart reply.

Mallya said, "judge will decide.” He was also seemed perturbed by the interaction, saying that he will not give any interviews outside a cricket stadium.

Meanwhile, the ED has moved to the court to declare him a fugitive economic offender. Mallya is expected to file his reply in a special Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) court by September 24.

Vijay Mallya, a 62-year-old former Kingfisher Airlines boss, who has been on bail since his arrest in April last year, is fighting extradition to India, citing mainly the poor condition of jails. His case is being heard in the Westminster Magistrates' Court in London.

Mallya escaped to the UK in 2016 and has been fighting against any moves to extradite him to India to face trial. Mallya is wanted in India for defaulting on loans worth crores and also in a money-laundering case.
