Shooting in Netherlands city Utrecht, several people reportedly injured

Three killed and several people have been reportedly injured in a shooting incident in Netherlands city of Utrecht, said media reports quoting police officials.

The incident has occurred near a tram, as per a spokesman Joost Lanshage of the police in central Holland. He added that the shooting is now over but the police operation is still on.

"Shooting incident, Several injured people reported. Assistance started, it is a shooting incident in a tram. Several trauma helicopters have been deployed to provide help," the Utrecht police Twitter account said.
