Finally, the day is here; a while ago PM Narendra Modi laid the foundation brick for the Ram Mandir’s construction in Ayodhya. Ever since then many celebs have been taking to their social media handle to express their happiness over the ‘Bhoomi pujan’ ceremony.

Taking to the social media, Ramayan’s star cast Arun Govil aka Ram, Dipika Chikhila aka Sita and Sunil Lahri aka Laxman dropped a congratulatory message to everyone on this auspicious occasion. Dipika wrote, “This is a great victory for all Indians..jyot se jyot jalate chalo ram ka naam japte chalo (sic)."

While Sunil wrote, “"Aaj 5 August Ek aitihasik din, 15 August Ki Tarah aaj ka din bhi Hamesha Yad Kiya jaega bharatvarsh ke Itihaas mein Ram Mandir ke shilanyas ke roop mein Jo 500 Sal purani samasya ka hal hai Sabhi Bharat vasiyon ko bahut bahut shubhkamnayein aur badhai jai Siyaram (sic)."

Dara Singh’s son Vindu took to his Instagram handle and posted a picture wherein he can be seen essaying role of Hanuman from one of the stage plays. He wrote, “After 500 yrs of "Vanwas"-Lord Ram, Sitaji, Laxmanji & Lord Ram's ardent devotee HANUMAN r back in Ayodhya! Medium star. Let's all light a diya today &pray 2 d Lord that his return shall also bring Ram Rajya."

 

Also, other celebs from TV industry including Rashami Desai, Ravi Dubey and Sudhaa Chandran posted on social media account regarding bhoomi pujan.

 

Meanwhile, the bhoomi pujan came 10 months after the 135-year-old dispute finally settled when Supreme Court gave the verdict in the favour of Ram Temple.
