KumKum Bhagya: Abhi Pragya's love-story to take 20-year leap and here are the new twists of the show

Counted amongst one of the popular daily soaps of the small screen, Zee TV's KumKum Bhagya has been doing really well on the small screen and the BARC TRP reports have been a proof of the same. However, this week the fans were left disappointed when the show dripped down to number 10 position. However, it seems as if the makers are now ready to bring the show back on top. KumKum Bhagya that has been runing for over 5 years now is soon going to take a generation leap of about 20 years. Excited?

The show is a love saga between Abhi (played by Shabbir Ahluwalia) and Pragya (played by Sriti Jha). It depicts how they fight all odds to be together and now some major twists are going to unfold in the show and the good news will be that the couple will be blessed with beautiful twins. It seems as if the show will definitely improve in the TRPs and give tough competition to its counterparts like Naagin 3 and its spinoff Kundali Bhagya.

Meanwhile, for the fans of the show, here are few of the twists and turns that the show is soon going to take in the upcoming episodes after the lap which will definitely excite you. The show is definitely going to get a makeover and on the eve of the leap, it will be shown how Tanu (played Leena Jumani) and King Singh (played by Mishal Raheja) will be seen plotting evil against the happy lives of Abhi and Pragya.

Further,the couple will be blessed with two baby girls whom they will name as Prachi and Rhea and soon the light on the show will be thrown on the couple's college-going daughters and their characters. Talking about both of them, Prachi will be more like Pragya and will be simple, practical and sensitive towards life where Rhea on the other hand will be more like a rich-spoilt brat of the rockstar.

The show has been doing really well ever since its inception and if we talk about the leaps taken by the makers, there were previously two of them first one was taken when the story was just two months old while the next one was a seven year lap after which Kiara, daughter of Pragya and Abhishek was introduced.
