Tamil superstar Thala Ajith starrer Vivegam is yet-to-be-released, but the film started minting money for its makers. Directed by Siva and produced by Sathya Jyothi Films, the pre-release worldwide business of Vivegam has already earned more than Rs. 100 crore for the makers.

Reportedly, The Tamil Nadu rights of Vivegam itself has clocked Rs. 53 crore while the overseas rights have been sold for Rs. 18 crore. The Kerala and Telugu rights have been sold for Rs. 4.5 crore each respectively whereas the Karnataka distribution rights have fetched Rs. 5 crore. The broadcasting and music rights including Tamil, Telugu and Hindi have been sold for Rs. 33 crore as well.

The total pre-release worldwide business of Vivegam has fetched a whopping Rs. 120 crore for Sathya Jyothi Films. And with this feat, Vivegam has broken all the existing non-Rajinikanth pre-release records and non-Shankar records as well.

The star power of Thala Ajith, who is currently riding high with four back-to-back super hits has worked in favor of the makers to clock maximum money before its theatrical release itself.
