Vikram's son Dhruv to make acting debut in the Tamil remake of Arjun Reddy
Catch had previously reported that E4 Entertainment, one of the current popular film production houses in Malayalam cinema industry, have acquired the Tamil remake rights of the recent path breaking Telugu release, Arjun Reddy.
The joint founders, Mukesh R Mehta and C.V. Sarathi officially confirmed their maiden Tamil venture on Facebook as well.
And now, the makers have roped in Dhruv Vikram, son of Tamil superstar Vikram to essay the main lead role in its Tamil remake. The film will mark the acting debut of Dhruv.
C.V. Sarathi took to his Facebook page to share the update.
"So the news is out.. Thank you Chiyaan Vikram sir for giving us this opportunity... Chiyaan Dhruv is coming...", the Godha maker quoted.
Directored by debutant Sandeep Vanga, Arjun Reddy starred Vijay Deverakonda of Pelli Choopulu in the titular role of Arjun Reddy. Produced by Pranay Vanga, the film also marks the Telugu debut of Shalini Pandey.
